Bright House Sports Network?

I heard a rumor that Bright House is launching a 24 hour sports channel along the lines of Channel 13 News. It’s rumored to be on channel 47 and should be up in the next couple of weeks — complete with a contract to show all UCF games.

Anyone know if there is any truth to this? Perhaps in time for extended Boston College coverage?
